XSTASY - WISCONSIN, USA
According to Brett Wallace, the founder of GNregistry.org, his licence plate is a tribute to YES song. XSTASY plate was registered in times when Wisconsin state issued same plates for different vehicles of the same owner.
Here you can see Brett’s Buick Grand National and Jeep, both bearing same plates. Below are two close-up photos of the plates issued to the truck in two colors: older - tan and newer - white.
