KABEP3A - ONTARIO, CANADA
Here’s another one that does not make sense in English, but stands for “trick” or “dirty trick” in Russian. One should read all the characters if they were Cyrillic. The digit “3″ is supposed to be read as capital “З” in Cyrillic alphabet, the letter that makes sound similar to what “Z” makes in English, like in “ZOO”.
The one I have posted before was BCEHAXEP. It stands for a directive “All Screw Off” in Russian and reportedly has been recalled as obscene. Seems to be a destiny to many outstanding things in the world.
There is entire list of plates registered by the Russian speaking population of Toronto. Again, HET MECT if read as if it was written in Russian stands for NO VACANCIES, and HA KOHE means UP ON THE HORSE.
