    Yep, I’ve already submitted this plate to Ministry of Transportation as offensive. I’ve received a letter that this plate is recalled.

    Hello Janet, the trick here is that the same characters in Latin and Cyrillic alphabets have different meanings and do sound different.

    BCEHAXEP - if written as three Russian words - BCE HA XEP - literally means - ALL SCREW OFF - pretty innocent in my opinion, but somebody has found it offensive. I personally think it was funny and really made the plate an outstanding one. That’s why I have it included into my collection.
