BGTNGKNG - ONTARIO, CANADA

Ontario licence plate BGTNGKNG

First I thought it’s about Thinking Big, but something makes me think smaller. May be it is the King of Something? By the way, I hate this Plexiglas plate covers, they make for bad photos.
