CHEV 41 - WP - SOUTH AFRICA
This must be 1941 Chevrolet, most likely DeLuxe. Although the shape of the grill is slightly different. Have a look at the photo gallery in Automotive History - the DeLuxes have similar grill, but not quite the same.
