Kristine Liepina from UNICEF Latvia emailed me: ‘’It is not UNICEF HAMMER. It is individual that doesn’t belong to any of UNICEF staff people, board members or volunteers. We made several measures to reach official institutions and to change the situation however it is not possible as the number is UNISEF not UNICEF. UNICEF’s policy is to be cost effective and we are not working for personal benefit, so we have NO expensive cars, and other equipments'’.
